If multiple signers are organized into groups, the signature process follows the order defined by the sender:

  1. The signature request email is sent only to the first group.
  2. Once all members of the first group have signed, the email is automatically sent to the next group.
  3. This process continues until all groups have completed their signatures.

Final Notification:
After all groups have signed, all participants receive a final email containing:

  • The original document.
  • The signed document.
  • The Audit Log, which records all steps of the signing process.
