- The signature request email is sent only to the first group.
- Once all members of the first group have signed, the email is automatically sent to the next group.
- This process continues until all groups have completed their signatures.
Final Notification:
After all groups have signed, all participants receive a final email containing:
- The original document.
- The signed document.
- The Audit Log, which records all steps of the signing process.
