At the end of the signing process, an Audit Log is automatically generated.
This document ensures transparency, security, and legal validity by recording every step performed within the envelope.
The log includes:
- Date and time of generation, in GMT time zone.
- Version of the sign2.me for Salesforce solution used.
- Envelope identification: unique ID, name, status, and message sent.
- Sender information: name and email of the responsible operator.
- List of signers: name, email, role, and local date/time of signature.
- Original envelope files, accompanied by the SHA256 hash to ensure integrity.
Events recorded in the log:
- Creation and sending of the envelope.
- Addition of signers and authentication method used.
- Acceptance of terms of use.
- Document viewing.
- Identity validation (CPF, name, and date of birth, when applicable).
- Token request and insertion.
- Electronic signature with timestamp.
- Completion (automatic or manual).
Additional technical data:
Each event is accompanied by:
- Device and browser used.
- IP address.
- Internet service provider.
- Estimated geographic location (city, state, country, latitude/longitude).
- Location accuracy (in meters).
Legal validity:
At the end, the log contains a section on legal validity, stating that the process complies with:
- Provisional Measure No. 2.200-2/2001 (Brazil).
- E-SIGN Act (United States).
- eIDAS Regulation (European Union).
A public validation link is also provided, allowing any interested party to confirm the authenticity of the signed PDF document.
