How to fill in the Signature Field
Click on the “Sign Here” field to choose from three available signature methods:
- Predefined Signature Selection
Choose from previously configured or system-generated signatures for faster completion. - Freehand Drawing
Draw your signature using a mouse, touchpad, digital pen, or touchscreen. - File Upload
Upload a scanned image of your signature (supported formats: PNG, JPG, JPEG).
After selecting a method, click “Sign.”

How to fill in the Initials Field
Click on the initials field and choose one of the three methods below:
- Predefined Initials Selection
