You can create a custom button that, when clicked, opens the Envelope Wizard (Sending Assistant) to create electronic signature envelopes. This button can be added to record pages of objects like Account, Opportunity, or Case, making access to the Flow quick and direct for users.

Create a Flow Action

  1. Go to Setup by clicking the gear icon (⚙️) → Setup.
  2. In the Quick Find box, type Object Manager and select the desired object (e.g., Account, Opportunity, Case).
  3. In the object menu, click Buttons, Links, and Actions.
  4. Click New Action.
  5. Configure the Action fields:
  • Action Type: Flow
  • Flow: select “sign2.me – Envelope Wizard”
  • Label: Envelope Wizard (this is what will appear on the button)
  • Name: EnvelopeWizard
  • Description: Create an Envelope to associate this object with
  1. Click  Save.

Add the Action to the Page Layout

  1. Go to the object’s Page Layout (via Object Manager → Page Layouts) or open the Record Page in the Lightning App Builder.
  2. Locate the Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions section.
  3. Drag the Envelope Wizard Action you created to the actions bar.
  4. Click  Save.

Note: In Lightning Experience, Actions added to the actions bar appear as buttons on the record page.

Test the Button

  1. Open any record of the object where the Action was added.
  2. Click the Envelope Wizard button.
  3. Complete the Flow as usual to create an envelope associated with the record.
